Sales Operations Manager

Overview:

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the order process efficiencies of an assigned sales division.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage one or more Operations Associates
  • Train Operations Associates and sales team on order processing requirements
  • Facilitate hot action meetings with assigned accounts
  • Research and elevate order handling issues
  • Initiate and customize solutions for sales team and customer
  • Partner with Distribution Center counterparts to elevate orders
  • Run Order reports to collect order confirmations
  • Liaise with sourcing and demand planning to ensure timeliness of WIP
  • Communicate with buyers/allocators on PO issues
  • Respond to and address warehouse PO/shipping communications
  • Collect management approvals for order processes where necessary
  • Support chargeback resolutions
  • Special projects as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account maintenance
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in ERP systems
