Recruiting Coordinator

Key Accountabilities:


·         Post positions to website and job boards

·         Act as main point of contact for candidates and recruiters regarding interview logistics

·         Filter and review resumes to Senior Recruiter and perform data entry of candidate activities

·         Schedule phone and onsite interviews, organize travel arrangements for candidates, reserve conference rooms, and provide confirmations for the candidates

·         Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on application status via phone and email

·         Handle ad hoc candidates questions as well as resolve or filter issues to the appropriate parties

·         Maintain accurate reporting within our internal tools and recruiting systems

·         Act as the liaison between hiring managers, candidates and recruiters

·         Manage in-house interviews the day of to ensure that interviews stay on track

·         Responsible for the candidate interview experience from first contact through the interview process

·         Special Projects as assigned




·         Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field

·         Previous internship or interest in HR/Recruiting is a plus

·         A dependable team player with a positive attitude

·         Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills

·         Strong customer service focus and attention to detail

·         Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality and work independently
