Product Information Assistant

Overview:

 

The Product Information Assistant will be responsible to manage the process of item set up and the accuracy of style information within all internal systems and reporting.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Coordinate the item-set process for all brands in a timely manner 
  • Partner cross functionally to manage style information
  • Translate style catalog information into system entry documents
  • Monitor and execute day to day request regarding product set-up and adjustments
  • Manage communication regarding product set-up and adjustments
  • Generate maintenance requests to update product hierarchy information and ensure accurate completion
  • Utilize PLM to synchronize data between systems
  • Adhere to seasonal calendar deliverables related to product information
  • Support Demand Planning team on projects and initiatives
  • Special projects as assigned

 

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior internships and/or related experience in data entry preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (must have advanced excel skills)
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems
  • Strong aptitude to work within deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
