Digital Operations Coordinator

Overview:

The Digital Operations Coordinator will assist the Director of Digital Sales and the Sales team with multiple accounts while supporting the ongoing development of digital selling tools.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist Account Executives and Director of Sales in all aspects of the digital catalog management including new item setup, ATS, and sales/inventory planning and recaps
  • Streamline the new item setup process through partnership with IT and Sales by consolidating templates, optimizing available reports, creating new processes as needed
  • Facilitate ATS system enhancements through IT partnership with clear action T&A tracking
  • Future system enhancement management as needed – Web Sales history (on-order), B2B Platform
  • Special projects as needed

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business or related field
  • 2+ years in digital account maintenance – Amazon, Walmart, or other major .com retailer
  • Knowledge of Amazon New Item Setup Templates
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

·         Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
