Digital Experience Specialist

The Digital Experience Specialist will support the digital site experience across all ecommerce channels to promote pristine external brand presence to the end consumer, including but not limited to enhanced content creation and distribution, user-generated content syndication, digital asset coordination, and site navigation optimization.   

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement and optimize site merchandising strategies that focus on conversion, findability, maximizing guest engagement, and frictionless shopping. Tactics include, but are not limited to: traffic optimization, site taxonomy and attribution management, navigation, facets, sort, internal search optimization, item level content, cross-sell/up-sell, and item data remediation and attribution
  • Maintain organized content management system to streamline all assets are easily accessible by internal and external partners
  • Support sales teams with product catalog setup and maintenance, specialized by account for best-in-class taxonomy & pdp carousels
  • Update and maintain Rich Media; A+ Pages, Webcollage, Retailer owned
  • Maintain and oversee the digital marketing and asset calendar for retailers and digital marketing, including all emails, ad campaigns, on site content updates, product launches, campaign launches for all brands and digital channels
  • Create, resize, and distribute enhanced imagery for all retailer channels, such size charts, on-model imagery, and other formats of digital content for all brands and channels
  • Perform post upload audits to ensure data quality, and make necessary updates
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes across omnichannel, pureplay, and dtc sites
  • Perform an ongoing competitive analysis to determine opportunities to improve SKU productivity and sales (Assortment & SKU analysis, reorder proposals, whitespace opportunities)
  • Own our digital report card and associated KPIs, setting the vision to close gaps and optimize improvement through strategic, crossfunctional initiatives
  • Provide business inputs and context to creative teams for execution, ensuring content is revenue-driving, on brand, and impactful
  • Partner with internal departments Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and external teams to execute digital strategy
  • Assist with photo shoots and digital asset deliverables for all brands and digital channels
  • Assist with brand and retailer presentations for digital sales and marketing
  • Special projects as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Experience in online merchandising, or e-commerce executing customer-facing online experiences
  • Agency and or Fashion/Retail experience a plus
  • Collaborative, team-oriented skills but also capable of working independently when necessary
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Fluent in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products
  • Strong work ethic with exceptional project management skills
  • Infectious, positive can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and virtual teams
  • Flexibility and understanding of agency and client demands
