Overview:

The Order Processor will support the Sales teams in tracking and updating all information regarding buys and orders.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for order entry
  • Performs web maintenance
  • Acts as liaison to the field representatives for Web Orders
  • Supports New Account set up through web system
  • Communicates order issues to sales in timely manner
  • Process Orders and Sample requests for manual entry
  • Maintain standards on order review checklist
  • Special projects as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
