The Assistant Design Coordinator will assist with presentation initiatives for the Design and Sales teams.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain project organization by fielding requests from sales, merchandising, design, and sourcing
- Create/maintain channel assortments and key looks
- Create/maintain sample visuals rush-tier 3
- Catalog MSRP maintenance
- Assign design request numbers, and update and/or remove styles when necessary
- Maintain catalogs after lines are finalized post GTM
- Create/maintain HBE/ROW catalogs
- Effectively communicate all of the updates to sales from different departments through the change log
- Prepare line sheets for design meetings and presentations
- Establish a strong understanding of available presentation tools and apply effective approaches to assist the sales team in presenting product to retailers
- Create planograms and floor displays after retail assortments have been finalized
- Manage special mockups and requests from the sales team and communicate effectively with the design and merchandising team to ensure approval and catalog updates
- Create visual tools for sales when orders are received
- Responsible for PNG creation/uploading PNGs to teams for partners
- Execute special signage requests and showroom needs
- Special projects as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
- Associate’s Degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
