Corporate Social Responsibility

Haddad Brands works directly with our factories to ensure that each of our suppliers has the ability to not only manufacture our product, but to do so responsibly – for the workers, for the environment, and for our customers. Haddad Brands’ Sustainable Manufacturing and Sourcing (SM&S) and Product Integrity teams measure factory performance, and help our factories continuously improve.

Worker’s Lives

Worker’s Lives

Each of our factories must adhere to the Nike Code of Conduct, and/or the Levi’s® Terms of Engagement – programs that set the compliance expectations for their respective brands, support the workers’ rights, and promote safety in the workplace. We’re not only focused on improving the lives of the workers within the four walls of the factory — Haddad Brands has begun to employ the Worker Well Being Initiative with our factories, a program developed by Levi’s® with the goal of helping factory workers on a range of topics such as financial literacy, health education, family well-being, women’s equality and empowerment.

The Environment

The Environment

We continue to make efforts towards sustainability, from reducing our usage of non-recyclable plastics by 120 tons, to powering our distribution centers with solar-generated energy, and creating more products that use sustainable materials. We are in lock-step with our licensors working towards the aspirational goal of zero discharge of hazardous chemicals in the production process. All Haddad Brands factories must refrain from using any chemicals outlined in Nike and Levi’s® Restricted Substance Lists, which are created based on regulatory guidelines, and also include chemicals that have been voluntarily restricted due to their effect on the workers and the environment.

The Product

The Product

Quality and safety are our top priorities. Each of our products goes through an array of performance, chemical, and safety tests to ensure that they reflect the quality of our brands, adhere to the our chemical Restricted Substance Lists, and meet or exceed regulatory global youthwear safety requirements. Our usage of sustainable fabrics grows each year, and we are working towards manufacturing our products exclusively with sustainably sourced cotton by 2025.
