PLM Manager

Overview:

 

The PLM Manager will support implementation, roll-out, training and development of PLM process and technology at Haddad Brands.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Develop and oversee implementation of PLM system through roll out plan and training materials
  • Identify, recommend and implement process enhancements based on industry standards and brand’s best practices
  • Partner with user base to develop detailed design specifications and collaborate with technology team
  • Oversee user acceptance testing process
  • Conduct PLM training and manage user feedback and software enhancements
  • Provide refresher and new hire trainings regarding the product development process and supporting timelines to ensure understanding of individuals’ respective roles and accountabilities
  • Proactively seek out solutions to potential cross-functional issues that affect that calendar, process and organization and drive efficiencies as business needs shift
  • Monitor key process metrics and KPIs
  • Develop user tools and tips to improve employee usage
  • Special projects as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in apparel process management of industry
  • Strong PLM implementation experience both as a user and in development
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to create, implement and measure new processes and technologies
  • Ability to build and manage product development process & tools
  • Knowledge of product development, production, merchant and planning functions required
  • Ability to work cross functionally at all levels to drive process
