Overview:

The Operations Team Member will ensure the highest standards for cleanliness, organization and office support.

Key Accountabilities:

·         Stock and maintain supplies in all kitchens & bathrooms (sodas, water, soap, towels, toilet paper, run dish washer, etc.)

·         Stock and maintain executive refrigerators (ask assistants what to stock)

·         Stock umbrellas in front lobby (when available)

·         Receive, log and distribute all incoming packages and mail

·         Manage messenger pick-ups and deliveries as requested by management

·         Take out garbage for both 10th and 11th floors daily after 3:30pm

·         Organize and maintain storage areas and supply closets

·         Let reception know when items need to be reordered

·         Vacuum as needed or directed

·         Mop and/or sweep the lobby area as needed

·         Provide messenger service to executive team as needed (i.e. consulate pick-ups/drop offs for visas, etc.)

·         Special projects as assigned by management (note: any project or request from a Haddad takes priority over any other task assigned)

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

·         Ability to lift, push, pull and carry items up to 50lbs

·         Ability to work flexible hours as needed by the business

·         Ability to work pro-actively and independently to meet the needs of the business

·         Ability to prioritize and manage time with a sense of urgency
